Too many to list them all, but two guys stand above everyone else:
Mike Patton and Devin Townsend. I pretty much like everything those two do. As far as genres go, I like almost anything: metal, pop, electronica, jazz, rock, classical... The only genres that I don't like that much, are rap and hiphop. And of course, there are crap songs in every good genre, but also good songs in every crap genre (well, almost, at least).

It's very hard to define what kind of music I like. I don't have my favourite genre. I rather like single tracks than whole albums. Well, I listen to game and movie soundtracks and soundtrackish music (Two Steps From Hell, X-Ray Dog, ES Posthumus, Immediate Music, Audiomachine etc.) more often than other types. And I generally prefer music without lyrics.
