The guy doing the commentary is a bit annoying, but you get a sense of what the game is like.

The dude playing is annoying, but to be honest the player character is kind of annoying as well and the dialogue is pretty bad. Graphics look decent though, which was to be expected from the developers of Hard Reset, but not as good as that 'trailer' that was released of course.

Looks like fun, though I want to smack the player. :P

I haven't tried Red Steel 2. The first one was a bundle of badly made great ideas lol.

If it's anything like Hard Reset it'll be a worthy game and probably quite pretty too.

I watched most of the gameplay video and it makes me wonder if the devs ever played the first Shadow Warrior or just made a ninja game and branded it SW.

I have no doubt the game will be fun, but this is nothing like the original SW.

Last I read it wasn't suppose to be an exact remake of Shadow Warrior, a couple of google searches could of told you that.

I was aware it was going to be different from prior interviews, but this is a completely different game short of swords and character names. I guess I expected them to change the humor and tone some, but this doesn't even seem close to being in line with the first game.

You won't know that until you play it. You should not be so quick to judge. Leave that attitude to 13 yr old console kids.

Thanks for the vid! Definitely a no sale for me after seeing that, though. I shall stick with my GOG copy of Shadow Warrior Complete.

The new game looks interesting, I might give it a try if the reviews are good. Not sure if i like the ne Lo Wang but it does look entertaining.

Game looks better than I expected. Real shame it didn't say "Yo no mess with Lo Wang" when he kills the first bad guy though.

I did like that he answered his cell with: "You Got Wang."

I will say that I find it weird to have a Yakuza guy with the name Lo Wang, I kinda could give the old one a pass since he was just over the top, I didn't care he had a japanese sword and chinese(ish) name.

Am I alone in finding the new younger Lo Wang annoying (the voice and delivery, mostly)?
