If it's anywhere near as good as the first one, I'll love it.
Fun fact: the original Tron was disqualified from an award for best special effects because they used computers to help them create the special effects.
Oh, how times have changed.

Looks nice and Web 2.0 to me. I'm hoping there is at least one horrible internet meme which rears its ugly head.
No, seriously, it does look very Web 2.0, if not 'Vista Aero'.

I've never watched Tron before. Is it worth watching? How does it hold up to other classics like Blade Runner?

I've seen much earlier teasers than this. I'm really looking forward to the movie. It's a pity they didn't choose to make a movie out of Tron 2.0. That game was amazing, and the story was a brilliant sequel to the movie.

I think it has, but it's always a matter of personal taste. It's a movie about computers, so some of the concepts may seem horribly outdated, but I think it's aged well. I have the 25th anniversary edition on DVD. Also, it's a classic. If nothing else, it's of historical interest as the first movie to ever utilize CGI on a grand scale.

At Comic-Con, they remade Flynn's Arcade. This video details the secret door that opens at a certain time interval to show fans the awesome lightbike, some concept art, and one of the tracks from the soundtrack Daft Punk is making for the movie. You heard me. DAFT PUNK.
By the way, video is NSFW for some swearing. Found it on Giant Bomb's news feed.

That Daft Punk score is just awesome, brillant idea!
As for the teaser/VFX test, it's pretty nice. Really excited about it.
I just hope the composition between real face and CG body will be a bit better than that in the final movie.

TRON 2.0 is a fantastic game. I'm in the middle of playing it (for the first time) at the moment, and I'd recommend it to anyone. The visual aesthetic is excellent, and keeps the game looking really good even after six years, and the gameplay is great. Just make sure you patch the game before you start playing -- the patches invalidate your saved games.
