At least the price he asks is more or less equivalent to the GOG discounts prices.

But it can't be verified, unless some DRM is implemented. So it would be opening a door to that sort of abuse.
GamersGate has a system that allows this : until you've downloaded a game, you can still give it away. But unfortunately GOG's system cannot check whether you did it or not. Also, I guess Steam's DRM would make such transaction sensible, I guess. But the price we pay for no DRM is the possibility of piracy and abuse, so we have to live with that. And keep some of these doors closed...
So, even if your own intentions were honest, because of other people it's not something that would make sense to validate on GOG... :-/
