Hey, let's get this thread going again. :)
This is not artwork per se, but it's game related.

These posters are originally in A2 format. I'm having them printed and will have them delivered in the next few days. This is the first batch as I plan to create poster for each of the WoW races.

Navagon: This thread reminded me of all the problems with the Witcher image I did. So I remade it.
Very nice but the major problem is the sword. It's just too chubby and doesn't suit the rest of the picture... I think the problem is the perspective - whereas everything else is almost meticulous. Also said sword doesn't look as real as everything else - try adding more shine or make it more dull and weathered.

Anyway, here's mine - a step by step:

I've been doing art since I was 13, this took me an afternoon, but I have a large range of styles and tastes. *shrug*

I agree. :) I vastly prefer constructive criticism than googly eyed praise. But mind you, there is a huge difference between CONSTRUCTIVE criticism and going "It's shit... Because.... It's shit. It just doesn't look right." You know what I mean, so thank you for the good feedback.

These weren’t done too recently but anyway. They were both done in Photoshop and I use a Wacom Bamboo graphics tablet to draw if anyone is interested.

Nice thread. Hadn't seen it before. The new images are also nice. I like the eyes. But the style of the WoW posters from above amazes me most.

No. I do graphic design work for magazines. Just page layout. Nothing in terms of illustration.
