A redux of an old image and a new one. Somewhat similar in theme, if not in execution.

There is some nice artwork in this thread, and it is all fun to look at, thanks.
My avatar, that features an unfinished Zelda like Flash game, consists of self drawn stuff.
I like to keep things stylistic / cartoon-like.
I hardly think it's worth opening a Deviant Art account for, haha.

Nice work - I would hang that first one in my house.

a lot of your stuff really reminds me of expressionist photography. it's very unique but not in a blatant, trying too hard to be different way. i love it.
I usually do digital work. You can check some stuff at www.leukocyt.com (leukocyt.com/en for English version), but none of my work is very good to be honest :) Beware, the website can be a CPU hog.
Nothing is really based on games, but some is game inspired.
I also do some charcoal drawings (see attachment :) ) - many of those are inspired by the Silent Hill series, but again, nothing straight from the game.
I would actually very interested what you guys think about my works (especially those on my website).

El_Caz: Psilocke.jpg is a drawing I did of Psylocke, the Marvel character telepath ninja girl.
Terra.jpg is a pencil drawing with some photoshop effects for the tree leaves in the back and the text. She's a character from one of those forum RPG's about superhero mutants and such.
Hprsie.jpg, elephant.jpg and ronaldinho.jpg are little "sculptures" I made out of tinfoil hershey kisses wrappers. I use Horsie as my avatar on Steam. They're not drawings but I guess they could qualify as artwork.
I've got a bunch more on Photobucket but it's more of the same, mostly pencil drawings of custom characters belonging to other people.

Those tinfoil animals are friggin awesome!

You mean you woudn't want a picture of a buggy assembled from the junk in an office worker's head by a brain making a desperate bid to escape on your wall? Whyever not? :P Glad you like the first one though. Nice to hear. :D

Hey, I like your design work, especially the Design On bird one. And the floaty house island. I like that too.

Thanks! The only downside is that I struggle to do 'conventional'. And yes, that is a problem.

Huh?
I just made this: http://weclock.com/2010/04/23/this-just-happened/

Navagon: I made this on my crappy old monitor with it's shitty 'white, black and bugger all in between' contrast. It was for a The Witcher competition. Needless to say I didn't win.

Cracking artwork there. I'm ashamed to say I've let my own art slide a lot over the years. Really need to get back into it.
You can see a very small fraciton of my own artwork at my website: www.robertbowen.co.uk
It's really out of date and needs a complete revamp - and a lot more pics. :/

Great stuff - I like The Jade Cliffs and Metal Beast the most.

I like the Jade Cliffs and Defender, but yeah, the site needs an overhaul. Frames... ew. :P
This thread reminded me of all the problems with the Witcher image I did. So I remade it.

Yeah, the Witcher can do that to your free time.
