So I've been on something of a BSG streak lately (just wrapping up Season 3, and I just finished watching The Plan and Razor), so in that spirit, this giveaway is for a gift code for a 3-pack of the GOG versions of Earth 2140, Earth 2150, and Earth 2160.

To enter, just post a blurb describing your favorite BSG character, line, or moment from the show (e.g. "NO MORE MR. NICE GAIUS!"). In the interests of keeping out potential scammers, you must have 50+ rep to be considered. Posters may enter on behalf of other users, as long as you're being upfront about it. You don't necessarily have to be a fan of the show, but it helps! The customary spoiler alerts for anyone who hasn't seen the show also apply here.

Winners will be chosen via random.org on the morning of Tues. 11th, EST (approximately). Thanks in advance for participating!

Sachys: not in mate, but is that classic or modern BSG?
Valid question :). I've loved the classic BSG also. In the modern BSG, although I remember it only vaguely, my favorite character was Edward James Olmos's Adama. Brilliant performance imho.
On its whole the show was ok, but for example the old Starbuck (Dirk Benedict) was better imho, while I really enjoyed Dr. Baltar in the new one.
And Tricia Helfer is HOT :D....
Thanks, I'm in :)
I have absolutely no idea what BSG is.

Ah. I'm not in either by the way.

That's OK... I'll take Grace Park ;)
Not in, but my favorite moment (a rather long "moment") was "Crossroads 1+2" (last episodes of season 3). I really wish I could see them for the first time once again. It's just incredible how everything builds up just to explode into your face in the last 10, 15 minutes. And the way they used All Along the Watchtower during those episodes... Awesome!

You will have to take her from ME!

.....in my dreams :(
I haven't watched it since it was airing on sci-fi network (syfy network is now a joke in my eyes) and the only scene that jumps out at me is the ending which I won't spoil for anyone, as well as the fact that everyone is actually a "SPOILER".
I liked that twist :D

I enjoyed BSG, I just wish they didn't start saying 'god' this and 'god' that. I wanted to keep it in the realm of possibilities.

I'm in and nice giveaway, thank you.
I'm not much of a fan of most strategy games, so not in, but I guess I'd say my favourite bit would be the idea of Bob Dylan singing that song he sings :D.
Thanks for your generosity, rampancy!

I'm absolutely in. :D

As I suppose it's the case with most of the viewers, I loved the haunted character of Gaius Baltar and his complex interaction with Number Six. And the clash of command styles between Adama and Helena Cain in Razor was awesome to watch. ;)

I also greatly enjoyed the depiction of the Colonial Fleet (including a less old Galactica) and the bits of the First Cylon War which were shown on Blood & Chrome (a complete treat for me, it did remember myself of the first Wing Commander title, when the inexperienced pilot you're playing arrives to his first assignment). :)

Awesome giveaway, rampancy - thanks and please count me in!

I still need to finish modern BSG as I have missed various episodes (a friend got me interested around the time Razor came out). My favorite or most memorable scene is probably the season one finale in which

SPOILER

Sharon shoots Adama after becoming self-aware. It was quite sad and shocking.

END SPOILER

I can't imagine what the fan response was like when that originally aired. So say we all!
my favorite character is definitely Gaius seconded by Saul Tigh. I think my favorite moments were the Cylon invasion. and thanks for the giveaway!
I would also say Gaius Baltar. At least in this version, there was a reason he became a traitor, so well manipulated. The interplay between him and Tricia Helfer's character was very well done. I loved the way she could be so nice one moment, but if Gaius showed hesitation, her mean side would come out.
