I found a Motorola Flip Out for 149 €. It is not cheap as I wanted, but I like its design. What can you tell me about it?

I can tell you without looking that the bootloader will be locked and you will not be able to load custom ROMs. The phone will also be difficult or impossible to obtain root on. You will likely only be able to run official Android updates filtered through Motorola, as they get around to it. Usually carriers rip out or lock down features they don't like, such as tethering.

If none of the above bothers you then I'd suggest you check out the reviews on phandroid, they really like their phones over there:)

So far HTC handsets have been more open if you want something you can load a custom ROM on, but that may be changing.

ok, thank you very much :) I will search once again. I did not explore well phandroid.com site, because (at a first look) I saw that in the store there are only the accessories, not the phones. I'm too lazy to search first the phone, then the best price... (ehm... maybe I am really too lazy :s :s :s)

They don't sell phones, their reviews and tech comparisons ideally should be less biased.
