Has anyone purchased, as a gift, or for themselves, this game sometime in the last two weeks?

I've attempted to get it as a gift a few times. Never works. I mean. I'm not the wealthiest person, but I was pretty sure I had scratched together 5.99 for a gift. You know, I have no idea what the error message means, the transaction failed please try again. No details beyond the failure. *shakes head* *shrugs*

I'd try again,seems to be a few problems at the moment..

I'm not a scientist. See XKCD comic about scientists and electric shock. Entire site seems boggy. I think sleep will yield faster results. Which seems implausible, but the tired mind struggles with many things. Like writing sentence fragments which
