makr3la: It have really great story, music and atmosphere. Combat was turn-based in the style I really liked.
Only one minus - the game have some bugs :(

Sorry to hear that, but I can't help you. I played it so long ago that I didn't even remember what was story about!

But in my memories it was so good! I hope it's no nostalgia :)

Arcanum looks great but it would be way too much work for me. Fallout is about as complicated as I get, maybe NWN2, then again I was dropped on my head a lot as a baby.

It is a Troika game, they are famous for their buggy games. This is why you should get Silver instead! It is fun and does not have nasty bugs in it. No patches or mods to mess with, just install and enjoy!

I watched the rest of it on youtube once i got to the game breaker part. I had a good time playing it though. The quest that broke (the rabbit shapeshifter part) was probably the most memorable for me.

Same for me, overcomplicated = bad. I wasn't dropped though, I was just punched silly, haha.

If I can suggest you, I have much less game-breaking moments since I stopped using quick-save :P
I just reload and try to do things diffrent.

if you're spending the 10 anyway I'd suggest getting heroes of might and magic 3
and nothing for me

if you're set on a 6 arcanum realmyst and freespace have been on my wishlist so while I can't recommend them having never played it's probably what I'd buy
