I just bumped into this preview of a very interesting sounding game.
The idea is trying to deceive your opponent by using fake troops, radio silence etc... and then destroy their base when they investigate the advancing army that turns out to be fake... Of course their base may be fake also. If they can pull this off then I'd be very keen to pick it up... The graphics look great, gameplay sounds fantastic. I hope they manage to get some good AI in there also.

Oh, it's a console game...lost my interest already..

It's a PC game as well. I just hope it's ported from PC to consoles instead of vice versa... because we're sure to get a crappy game if it's from console to PC.
At least development order wise, PC should come first.

Intrigued by this one...the whole spy/decoy part sounds interesting, and I like the fact that it sounds like it will contain the Pacific Theater, and they also mention some other long-ignored battlegrounds (Monte Cassino!) along with the usual, cliche WW2 game levels.

Too bad the controls will be shit to accommodate for the idiotic consolefags that think Halo Wars invented the RTS. Then the gameplay/AI will be dumbed down to accommodate for the crap controls and... you get the picture.

Hopefully Ubisoft will finally GET WITH THE PROGRAM and will port the game to PC with PC-centric controls, while giving consolefags their crappy control schemes they love so much.
Anyway, the game looks fun. The bluffing and the faking the locations of your troops makes for a good gameplay experience. The game is basically poker with guns, and I'd rather it be more of a World in Conflict experience, where you only control say, a squad or two so you can misdirect platoons, not entire armies.

Sounds like a mathematical formula in the making...
