It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

My reader can no longer read your RSS feed that is linked on the homepage. Seems that it's malformed.

Here's a link that verifies that it's borked: http://feedvalidator.org/check.cgi?url=http://www.gog.com/frontpage/rss

Thought I'd bring it to your attention. I find that I use this more than visit the site, so I'd love to see it fixed.

Thanks!

The RSS Feed has a lot of problems since... hmm... ever.

For example, all of the items, do have the same publish data (the time the feed got updated), which makes it quite difficult to migrate it into other websites.

GOG also stated, that RSS is not officially supported, so I doubt that it will be fixed soon.
I haven't noticed any issues with the feed using Google Reader, but I'll keep my eye on it. Thanks for the heads up!
Yeah it's been broken for some time I know. But now it's unreadable for me =/. The dates were always messed up amongst other things.

Hey GOG... Need me to do it for you? Gimme, a data source and I can make your feeds work for everyone.

I'll even do it for free. Seriously, you must be embarrassed....

Outlook does manage to process the feed normally, at least it had no troubles yesterday, will see if it processes it correctly in ~1 hour that the new post will be upped.
How are you trying to reed the feed btw?
It's not updating for me, using RSS Bandit.

I should give a time frame. The last one I know I got for sure is the Ask Developer one. I know for sure that I did not get the Balls of Steel, Omerta, or Settlers 2 posts. I think I got the Geneforge on Mac update, but I'm fairly certain I didn't get the Bard's Tale one. I'm fairly certain that I got the Arma one.

Update while waiting for the new article.
IE9 refuses to open the http page.
Chrome displays it as text.
Firefox opens it properly.

This one has a weird character near the end, between the two <br/> things. Seems like some rss viewers can handle it, some don't.

Ok, new news article appeared as it should in Outlook, and the oldest article is removed from the webfeed. So the next news article should propably repair the feed for those of you who still have trouble :/

I just had the bright idea of going in to the trash and sorting by date. The last one I got was Jan 25th, Weekend Promo: Rebellion Strategy & More Promo. The ones just before that were Strike Suit Zero, Mac Game Update: 10 New Additions (not Geneforge, just 10 games in general), and NWN2.

Thank you! Confirmed that it's working very well now. It's been broken for so long now I kinda miss the bugs.

So... Can I keep offering free work to keep fixing the bugs on your site? =) Is that how things are done here?
Indeed, it's working for me as well now. Thank you!
