What the title says, apart from The Ultima Underworld games and Arx Fatalis ive never played an RPG that features really long and epic dungeons, was wondering if there was any?

I guess kinda like Watchers keep in BG2

The Isle of Crypts from Wizardry 7 is pretty damn epic. The 8x8x8 teleporter maze in particular is amazingly awesome. I still have a hand-drawn map for that one that I made ages ago.
Daggerfall's non-quest dungeons were so big they contained whole copies of the quest dungeons as mere subsections.
Eye of the Beholder 1
Legend of Grimrock :P
Maybe BG Tales of the Sword Coast?

Or Torchlight. :P
Some of the Might and Magic games have some big dungeons.

Also, Stonekeep. The entire game is pretty much one massive dungeon.
Lufia 2 (SNES): The Ancient Cave will keep you entertained. You gain access to it around halfway through the game.

Well...the fade in Dragon Age: Origins is long.

Only one's I can think of are in MMORPG's. God I miss Ulduar in WoW.
The Tribunal Expansion for Morrowind has one of the best and longest dungeons in modern gaming.

Also, Dark Souls (with which I'm currently having a steamy love/hate relationship) also has those. The whole game is pretty much one EPIC dungeon. But it really has its merits. Eg. reaching the Ash Lake or the top of Sen's Fortress.

The Deep Roads, same game. I didn't like them, but they were there.

Tartarus in Persona 3 is a huge, randomly generated thing with over 250 floors; because of the randomly generated thing, I'm afraid the levels are pretty generic, but if sheer size is all you're looking for, it's certainly big.

The only other examples I can think of offhand are the ones where the game is one long dungeon, e.g. Eye of the Beholder, although there must be some that I'm just not thinking of.
Not PC RPGs, but Etrian Odyssey 1-3 for the Nintendo DS (And 4 for the 3DS). But beware, the game actively tries to kick your ass into oblivion.
I'd like to second the Tribunal expansion for Morrowind, Most of it takes place underground in ruins or caves, and it is really atmostpheric exploring it and there is a perfect balance of risk and reward in exploring the depths of the tunnels beneath mournhold, consdiering the already impressive and beautiful city that sits on top of the sewers/caves/ruins I'd definately recommend it.
Go play WoW, and make your self twink characters at level 60, 70, 80, 85, and 90.

Running MC40, BT25, ICC25, DS25 should be quite fun for ya.
If we're including roguelikes, Angband is a 100-level dungeon where you have to kill first Sauron then Morgoth.
