When trying to report a gamebreaking GUILD GOLD EDITION problem,
(at new game character creation , when they ask to enter the name ,
it will not accept what is entered even after pressing enter ,
only allowing the back button as an option.)
i noticed GOG support is impossible to reach :
when i press the could not find solution to problem ,
it just takes me back to the general list support articles of my games .
Even WHEN USING CONTACT US, selecting technical issues it takes me back to this list.
clicking on it just puts me back to the guild gold edition support articles.

They are probably at home at this time, I guess try in the morning.

At your first pic I can fill out a form to send with my account name etc. Maybe restart your PC see if that helps unlock whatever hiccup there is on your system.

Mmm. When I press it I get the form to send my ticket.

Edit:
Of course, I don't own the game and I did not thought about its removal.

I'm pretty sure it has to do with the fact that the game has been removed from the catalogue.

I tried with Guild 2 and got the same behaviour.

But with King's bounty, I get the correct form ...
Never mind, seems there is no specific support for removed games. :(

Yeah , another evidence of GOG's change of attitude towards their customers ? Or was it always like that ?

Maybe it was, I don't know.
Restarted , nothing.
about gog not giving support to removed games , say what??
never hard that before , please confirm,
would suck if true , especially because i bought them specifically because it was thr last chance.
This also ties into GOG's guarantee's about buying a game ,
and if it does not run on my system to get my money back.
How the hell am i going to be able to claim that if i can't even contact them?

No offense, but you guys are weird in your expectations of GOG support, besides the fact that the company is closed at the moment (outside business hours) and that it's a game removed from the catalogue, and it sounds like an issue the developers created, not gog with their installer.

I only have good experiences with GOG support, and doubt you'll find a reseller with GOG's (support) values and a 30 day money back guarantee.
I just sent a support ticket to GOG because I don't have my DROD 1+2+3 receipt anymore, but I need it because I want to link the games with my Caravel account.

I think you could try contacting them through the "other questions".

Yep, this. All this. Their new site is a drab, cluttered shit pancake, but their site support is still pretty rad. Not sure what you expect them to do to troubleshoot an individual title's in-game error.

There is nothing weird about our expectations. It's not like I'm expecting them to reply right now. While you might have a point about the "removed games" thing, in this case, it is null, since GOG did expect an increased volume of sales from those games (since they were going to be removed just this week), so no, it's not unreasonable.

I tried 4 other games still on catalogue : the form popos up as expected
I tried 5 other removed games ( 2 Spellforce games, both Desperado,Arma gold ) : i get the infernal loop

looks like experiment confirms the theory

Except the issue here is about not being able to create a ticket. These games were still being sold 7 days ago and their removal was announced far less than 30 days ago, so there could still be people willing to call on still valid contractual warranties

You can always try to PM one of the wise and powerful blue ones. ;>

Besides, have tried this? http://www.gog.com/forum/the_guild_series/cannot_begin_new_game/post12
