Those GOG guys... who they think they are to make me pay for games I can download for free?! This is outrageous!

Yeah, how dare they encourage lawful behaviour? There should be a law against it!

pkt-zer0: The Codex was a pretty good place before the departure of VD.

The Codex was a pretty good place before the reign of VD.
For me, it was Hard Boiled. The Killer was awesome beyond awesome too.
It's been ages since I've been able to see any of those, so remind me if you can.
Hard Boiled -- He's some kind of cop or sommat, has a boat? Or at least winds up on a boat at somepoint in the movie?
The Killer -- Winds up with a blind woman, sommat to do with retina transfers; huge shoot out in a church?
A Better Tomorrow -- First one sees him as a hitman with a fucked up leg reduced to car cleaning lacky.
A Better Tomorrow 2 -- Lots of guns and swords, winds up with 3 or so people sitting on a couch surrounded by bodies?
A Better Tomorrow 3 -- Set in Vietnam IIRC.
It has been a good 10 or more years since I've seen any of them unfortunately. Used to have a bunch of HK cinema on VHS but have never been able to find any on DVD with English subtitles that weren't out of print.
Spot. On. I have a few DVDs, but since I know the language, English subtitles are not really important for me.
I would love to see some of those again. Sadly Amazon doesn't have them now only people acting as sellers -- which makes importing pretty much out of the question =(
I'd love to see two things: First, the number of purchases linking from the Codex (which should be quite high, since a lot of Codexers use GoG afaik), and second, all you head-in-your-arses fools swallowing your stupid words. But I guess this won't happen, because 'lol!!!! Whole Codeckz iz st00ped, and nobody buys or lieks legitimate gaems ovar thar lol!!!!'.

The Killer
Chow Yun-Fat movies on Play Asia, the greatest thing to come out of Hong Kong.
Thank me later.

When was the last time Australia made a decent film? The Nugget?

Are they reliable though? I've heard some bad things about Play Asia before and am a little wary of using them.

I trust them. Well, I live in Hong Kong, so delivery is free, but I've gotten a white PS2, Black (PS2) , The Godfather (PS2), and GTA 4 for the 360 and no problems there.
Delivery is free for Japan too mind, but the most usual complaint I've heard is of the wrong item being sent and Play Asia then refusing to refund/exchange it. I may consider attempting a test purchase at some point. Too bad there's still no Tiger on the Beat though. That was a bloody classic.

Yeah, I don't understand why the still list things that are out of stock and have NO CHANCE WHATSOEVER to return. But that's my only gripe with it. I've never had a wrong item sent to me though.
