They declined Gothic 4? I didn't think it was supposed to be as bad as that Gothic 3 stand-alone expansion thing that IS here
Is it REALLY Gothic 4 though? something I see Gothic 4: ArcaniA but its mostly just promoted as 'ArcaniA' and didn't the actual Gothic team move onto the Risen series or something?

Sorry guys, that was a bit of a premature release, perhaps we should seek medical advice for our problem. Check back in at 3pm and we'll be good to go again. ;)

Arcania is a very solid game with great graphics, but - to be honest - a lousy Gothic. Nevertheless, it IS the official fourth installment of the Gothic series - but from another developer (Spellbound, before then well known for strategy games like Robin Hood - The Legend of Sherwood). There are many of the original Gothic characters in the game, but you're playing a new nameless hero in an all new story arc.
