Hadouken!

Street Fighter Alpha 2, one of the most successful 2D fighting games of all times, is now available on GOG.com for only $5.99!

Ryu, from Japan. Chun-Li, from China. Ken, from USA. Birdie, from England. Charlie, from USA. Adon, from Thailand. Rose, from Italy. Guy, from USA. Sagat, from Thailand. Bison, from Brasil. Sodom, from USA. Akuma, from Japan. Dan, from Hong Kong. Zangief, from USSR. Dhalsim, from India. Rolento, from USA. Gen, from China. Sakura, from Japan. Eighteen hardcore fighters, each with his or hers set of moves and fighting techniques, are ready for the incredible showdown, that is the Street Fighter championship.

In Street Fighter Alpha 2, many of the long time favorite characters--like Ryu, Chun-Li, and Zangief-- return to our screens. They're accompanied by a cast of newcomers, who have even more to prove. The game features beautiful, cartoony pixel-art graphics that guarantees a clear view of the fast-paced combat. A system of deadly custom combos has been introduced in place of the closed chain-combos, so you have even more control over your fighting style!

Stretch your fingers, put on your bandanna, and get ready for the ultimate fighting challenge in Street Fighter Alpha 2, for only $5.99!
Street Fighter!! This is so awesome.
Here are a few more Capcom games to vote for on the wishlist:

Marvel vs. Capcom Origins (MvC1 and Marvel Super Heroes with GGPO online)
Darkstalkers Resurrection (the forthcoming port by Iron Galaxy of the second and third Darkstalkers games)
Street Fighter III: Third Strike (preferably the recent Online Edition)
JoJo's Bizarre Adventure HD Ver. (the recent digital rerelease of JoJo's from the Dreamcast days)

Voted for Chaos Legion in the wishlist. I wanted to play it back in the day, but didn't have a PC good enough then.

Hillsy_: In your opinion :)
Obviously :) Writing or saying "In my opinion" before everything would be a waste of time and space. Everyone can assume that opinions from other people are "in their opinion."
Easiest 'No Thanks' this year.
It's really nice to see Capcom here. I still don't know whether I'll grab SF now or in a few weeks, but one thing got me confused:

Huh? When did Capcom retcon Bison's origin/backstory to Brazil?? Did he move here because he liked our beaches? Or maybe our bitches?
GIVE ME BREATH OF FIRE IV AND MEGA MAN LEGENDS 2 NAAAOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWW!!!!

/dies
The lack of official welcome seems odd for a pretty significant publisher arriving on GOG. But what the hell. Welcome to GOG, Capcom. May your releases be plentiful.
Yeah! Breath of Fire IV please!!
ALL OF MY WAT.
I just felt like clicking onto GOG for once to see some street fightas on the front page. Welcome aboard, Capcom!
*prays for some odd Mega Man goodies on GOG, but we all know they don't give two shifts about him anymore*

Foxhack: (Who'm I kidding, that damn thing requires QuickTime...)
Why would that be a hurdle? Myst requires QT and it's been here for a long time. The only issues with that are technical ones stemming from needing multiple QT installs if you want to run both Myst and iTunes.
Milestone day on GOG. I very excited upcoming Capcom titles.

cyboff: Is this better than Guilty Gear X2 or Mortal Combat?
That's pretty subjective. Those are all different types of fighting games that have their own thing.
Oh Btw, does this version support gamepad or gamestick ?
I dont want to break my keyboard or my fingers trying to hit the rigth keys fast.
