Hadouken!

Street Fighter Alpha 2, one of the most successful 2D fighting games of all times, is now available on GOG.com for only $5.99!

Ryu, from Japan. Chun-Li, from China. Ken, from USA. Birdie, from England. Charlie, from USA. Adon, from Thailand. Rose, from Italy. Guy, from USA. Sagat, from Thailand. Bison, from Brasil. Sodom, from USA. Akuma, from Japan. Dan, from Hong Kong. Zangief, from USSR. Dhalsim, from India. Rolento, from USA. Gen, from China. Sakura, from Japan. Eighteen hardcore fighters, each with his or hers set of moves and fighting techniques, are ready for the incredible showdown, that is the Street Fighter championship.

In Street Fighter Alpha 2, many of the long time favorite characters--like Ryu, Chun-Li, and Zangief-- return to our screens. They're accompanied by a cast of newcomers, who have even more to prove. The game features beautiful, cartoony pixel-art graphics that guarantees a clear view of the fast-paced combat. A system of deadly custom combos has been introduced in place of the closed chain-combos, so you have even more control over your fighting style!

Stretch your fingers, put on your bandanna, and get ready for the ultimate fighting challenge in Street Fighter Alpha 2, for only $5.99!

Barry_Woodward: Wikipedia says there is a PC version of Mega Man X6.
No English-language version though. The Korean version was in Korean.

Everyone else will be sorely pissed that they paid money for them though.

Now bring Mega Man 1-10 & X1-X8 (PC, emulated or ported, I don't care how you do it) and I'll be a happy man!

Now bring more Good Old Games and I'll be a happy man! ;)

Sounds like this is a big deal (that I cannot fully appreciate ;)! GOG, you should have teased us a little more; I think it would have lived up to our expectations this time.

Emulated is not entirely unthinkable. Capcom did the same thing a few years back with Mega Man Anniversary Collection on the PS2 and GameCube. No reason why it wouldn't work on PC with a menu system. That console compilation masterpiece never made its way here to Europe though, sadly.

It's based on this thread

http://www.gog.com/en/forum/general/publishers_not_on_gog_and_will_they_be/page1

Not sure why you think it's outdated?
Didn't expect that, such a nice surprise.
WOW, that is just an awesome release. Bring more old CAPCOM games to GOG!!!!
This was totally unexpected.

I didn't realise there were no Capcom games on GOG. Great news too.
Does this mean that we're going to see some more capcom games here on GOG? That's pretty cool. I know there were PC versions of Resident Evil 2 and 3, so maybe we'll see those as well.
What's wrong w/ Mega Man & Mega Man 3 for MSDOS? They were my childhood games after all.

Or how about Ducktales, Chip N Dale Rescue Rangers, Darkwing Duck and other Disney classics that Capcom produced on the NES & SNES?

I'm interested in Croc and Croc 2, so I'd actually enjoy seeing http://www.ign.com/companies/fox-interactive here. :)

EDIT: Although, admittedly, most of those games are probably crap. :P

GoG and Capcom perfomed a 10 hit combo on the GoG community with this one.
At least it seams so :P
