Fight the system inside the system inside the system inside the system!

Stacking, the unique multi-layered and puzzle-packed adventure from Tim Schafer's Double Fine team, is available on GOG.com, now for only $9.99. That's 33% off the regular price until Tuesday, December 4, at 10:59AM GMT.

Dystopian societies, enslaved nations, totalitarianism--gamers are no strangers to the grim, enslaved worlds. Stacking, however, presents this setting in a very unique way. The workers are being exploited by the ruthless industrialist known as The Baron. We're talking things like child labor and life ruining debts here. You are Charlie Blackmore, the youngest and smallest member of the Blackmore family. It's up to you to put an end to this proletaryat exploitation and free the other Blackmores from the greasy hands of The Baron.

Stacking is an adventure game inspired by two things--the economical breakdown of the 1920s and Russian matrioska dolls. Bizzare? You don't know the half of it! The fact that the hero of this story, Charlie, is the smallest of the dolls, allows for some very interesting mechanics. By stacking with other, larger characters you gain their abilities that will get you through the games many creative puzzles. There are also some little side-stories for you to discover, as the amazing world of stacking unfolds before your eyes, layer after layer, after layer, after layer, after layer.

See why the game was so highly praised by both media and gamers. Get Stacking, for only $9.99 this week!
Was expecting this release from Double fine for a while here, really loved this one

Nice job including the expansion as well

Also: Why no soundtrack with the extras? The soundtrack in this game is awesome!

yeah, I wouldn't mind that... Very nice GOG! ;p
The Double Fine circle is now complete!

Or is it?
Seems to be an interesting game. I'll keep an eye on this one. For now, I have many games to play and finish... :P
I like the relationship between GOG and Double Fine. When Double Fine Adventure ("Reds") comes out it should have a nice home here. :)
Vote for other Double Fine games on the wishlist:

Brütal Legend (never say never)
The Cave (GOG needs to sign Sega)
Double Fine Adventure
Iron Brigade (GOG needs to sign Microsoft)
Middle Manager Of Justice (a PC port is planned)

And while you're at it, you might as well vote for other games Tim Schafer has been involved with:

Day Of The Tentacle
Full Throttle
Grim Fandango
Monkey Island 2: LeChuck's Revenge
The Secret Of Monkey Island

Barry Woodward, you are a lean, mean, wishlist linking machine!

I love it. Keep up the enthusiasm, and soon enough we'll have all those great games.
Only problem is Brütal Legend, has no PC release. Otherwise, I would be so all over this. I loved this game on Xbox. It's a real shame the PC version got axed. :(
