A whole new campaign!

Shadowrun: Dragonfall, a fully-fledged expansion pack for the recent old-school RPG gem set in the legendary setting where cyberpunk meets fantasy, bringing in a whole new 12 hour-long campaign and many improvements to the gameplay, is available on GOG.com for only $14.99. The basic game, Shadowrun Returns, is available for $14.99 as well. That's 25% off for the base game for the next two weeks.

In 2012, magic returned to our world, awakening powerful creatures of myth and legend. Among them was the Great Dragon Feuerschwinge, who emerged without warning from the mountains of Germany unleashing fire, death, and untold destruction across the countryside. It took German forces nearly four months to finally shoot her down - and when they finally did, the event became known as the Dragonfall. It’s 42 years later, and a new threat is rising, one that could mean untold chaos and devastation. One that soon has you and your team caught on the wrong side of a deadly conspiracy. The only clue: whispers of the Dragonfall. Rumors that the Great Dragon Feuerschwinge may still be alive, waiting for the right moment to return…

Shadowrun: Dragonfall, transports runners to the Free City of Berlin, a thrilling Shadowrun setting full of gorgeous new hi-res environments, a diverse new cast of characters, and a new soundtrack by Sam Powell, the composer of the original Sega Genesis Shadowrun game. You'll lead a small team of shadowrunners, each with their own outlook and backstory. The members of your team are designed to play unique roles during missions, and each has a distinct set of skills, abilities, strengths, and weaknesses. Now, you can save your progress at any time during the game. The new save-game functionality is available in new downloads of Shadowrun Returns and through a patch for all existing copies.

If you miss the times when expansions added enough content to the game to more than make up for their price, you need to grab Shadowrun: Dragonfall, for only $14.99 on GOG.com. Don't have the base game yet? No problem! Shadowrun Returns is discounted by 25%, making it available for only $14.99 as well, until Thursday, March 13, at 5:59PM GMT.

whodares2: I appreciate the information. Unfortunately your link takes me to a "page not found"

I will continue to look.

JMich: His automatic link is missing the final / from the url. Fixed it in the quote, so you should be able to visit the page.
Ah shit my bad. Thanks for fixing it JMich

When you add a url without the url tags, any trailing slashes are omitted. Some sites automatically add them when visited, others return a 404 error. Best to add the tags manually, or at least check the url after you post ;)

Will do. Thank you for the info :)
Off topic but still: Russia just invaded Ukraine. 2000 troops landed on Crimea.

Confirmed now by several news services.

I don care about that but this is serious and seriously dangerous to EU.

I wasn't replying to you. It was the other guy's insensitivity.

I'd assumed they were talking tongue in cheek (that is Joking) though it is hard to gauge sometimes in a purely text based medium of a forum post.
Considering even CNN seems to be largely ignoring the Ukraine thing on TV, talking more about the Oscars and rain in California, I don't think we can begrudge anyone from insisting Shadowrun is more important.

Of course. I was making fun of CNN. It's pretty ridiculous how little they are covering it.

Yeah I know they are just saying we cant confirm the badges on the uniform if they are russian. I mean common what about the russian tanks there and MI-24 attack helicoptes. The same happened in Gruzzia 4 years ago.
Hey guys,

Just wanted to say that I really wish you had Linux support. I was a backer of Shadowrun, and they gave me a choice whether I wanted a GOG key or a Humble Bundle key for this. I *vastly* prefer GOG for your unwavering stance on DRM, but going with GOG generally means I can't actually play the games I buy, which sort of defeats the purpose. More and more, I've found myself going to Humble Bundle or, worse yet, Steam (via Humble Bundle, really).

Please please please add Linux support.

We all are asking GOG since years to add Linux support.... They don't care :-(
At least they could add the linux-packages from the devs to the bonux content without supporting them...
