The embodiment of evil is four feet tall.

Lucius, the wicked adventure game of gruesome murders and devil possession that is paying a tribute to the classic Omen movies, is now available 10% off on GOG.com. That's only $17.99 until Friday, November 2, at 10:59AM GMT.

Born on June the 6th, 1966 Lucius seemed to be a perfectly normal child until his sixth birthday, when he met his real dad. Well, they didn't exactly had a chance to talk in person, but the boy had a dream in which they spent some quality time together, plotting the demise of all humankind, defying God, and murdering all of Lucius' family and household staff. Does that seem a tad dark to you? Well, that's perfectly normal for a six year old child. That is if his dear old biological dad is the First of the Fallen, the Lightbringer, Lucifer (also known as Satan).

Lucius is a dark, esoteric adventure game in which you witness the unholy exploits of the Antichrist himself, currently occupying the body of a little boy. The orders from below are clear: all of the inhabitants of his family mansion--yes, including the Gardner--must die. Just make it all look like an accident. Otherwise, someone might start to suspect you, the obviously innocent boy with slightly glowing reddish eyes.

Mount the satanic tricycle of doom and ride across the creepy mansion halls in Lucius, for only $17.99.
Looks promising.

G-Doc: I honestly hope that you watched "Omen" as a kid (I did), enjoyed it a lot (I did), and that's what you're now referencing.
Yes, I loved (and still do to some extent, but lack the time) watching that kind of dark fantasy/horror movies, and reading similarily themed books (I remember Clive Barker being a bit too disturbing at times for some reason). So, no worries, I've never killed a gardener; neither as a child or as an adult =P
That reminds me...

On Steam, the default price is 19.99€ (now on a pre-order promo, 16.99€). Still a bit cheaper for me in GOG.

What does it cost in Steam in US, ie. is there a normal $ = € conversion in use there? Or does it cost "more" in dollars, as it should?

Just wondering because apparently the publisher is fine without regional pricing, hence GOG...?

Quite a surprise, wasn't expecting this one on GOG. Will definitely check it out sooner or later.
Been looking at this on Steam. Not Undying like I was hoping for, but nice to see something seasonal.

Don't be like that. I know what you did last summer. ( <,<) ( >,>) ( <,<)
good old GOG just shows the greed of steam and to a lesser extent gamersgate, where its £19.99 on those sites, why cant more sites be like GOG with pricing. GOG shows it can work!!

Well, what was I supposed to do? Settle for "and I would have succeeded if it weren't for those meddling kids"? No, they had to go. (An none of them had green thumbs - I checked - so no gardeners)

No matter, I still know what you did last summer. ;-P
I hated Omen. And though this seems interesting in a way, my hatred of Omen means I won't ever play it.
In case someone is interested in this game: I played through it and did a (German) review to describe the pros and cons of Lucius: Link

So if you want a longer opinion than just a comment on this title, maybe it helps you. Love it, hate it, I don't know. :p
You know, the description makes the game sound like Naughty Bear...
