From under the fridge to the kitchen sink--and beyond!

Journey of a Roach, a Daedalic Entertainment quirky adventure game set in a post-apocalyptic world ruled by insects, the sole survivors of the nuclear holocaust, is available 66% off for Windows and Mac OS X on GOG.com. That's only $4.99 for the next 48 hours!

Journey of a Roach tells the story of two roach-buddies, who want nothing but see the surface world. On their way up, they meet all kinds of bizarre and ludicrous insects inhabiting the post-apocalyptic earth. In atmospheric 3D point-and-click adventure style you'll take control of Jim the roach through the bomb shelter, effortlessly crawling your way along walls and ceilings. This innovative and dynamic game mechanic creates opportunities for a wholly new puzzle design. Fondly designed speech balloons offer an unconventional new dialogue experience and the soundtrack delivers and atmospheric, post-apocalyptic mood. The game comes with the full soundtrack in both high-quality MP3 and losslessly encoded FLAC format.

If you're looking for an original adventure game experience and you're fond of stylish cartoonish graphics, make sure to pick Journey of a Roach for only $4.99 on GOG.com. The 66% off special release discount offer lasts only until Saturday, March 15, at 10:59AM GMT.

This is the third best roach game ever, after Bad Mojo and, of course, LA CUCARACHA!

It's great now that I live in the north woods, 500 miles from the nearest roach. When I was back living in Missouri surrounded by the little fuckers I don't think these games would have been quite so fun.

I'm tempted to go on ebay and snag that CUCARACHA for the inn but somehow I think I might hurt the tranquil atmosphere we advertise on our fliers. :P

Kirben is right, Daedalic Entertainment did not develop this game, Koboldgames did - you need to fix the game card to properly credit the developers.

Kirben: Journey of a Roach was developed by Koboldgames, Daedalic Entertainment is only the publisher of the game. The release details are misleading, and the developer isn't listed correctly.

Fine, guess I'll just go buy it then. :-)

EDIT: Well, I guess I won't, doesn't run on XP. :(

Cute... Not for me tho .
Already got it elsewhere, but bought it again here just now. Because, you know, GOG.
OK, at the top of the game card it says XP compatible, at the bottom it doesn't.
Which is it?

That's fixed. So yes, (caps lock warning ..)

IT RUNS ON XP!

:P
Loving it so far. My only concern is that evidently it's a little short which sucks because I could walk around on the ceiling all day.

Hey all, I did a review of this for Nerdy But Flirty back when it first came out. Check it out if you're on the fence!
