The final chapter in the indie cRPG epic!

Eschalon: Book III, concluding the deep and involving RPG trilogy, is available 10% off on GOG.com for Windows and Mac OS X. That's only $17.99 for the first week.

Eschalon: Book III brings the trilogy to a climactic end as you seek to uncover the mystery of your past, the secrets of the Crux stones, and who the Orakur really are. You’ll traverse miles of virtual wilderness and dungeons, filled with secrets and danger, in an unparalleled role-playing experience designed to feel like a true pen-and-paper RPG. Book III is not a dumbed-down “RPG for the masses”. Rapid button clicking won’t save you here. Eschalon pays honor to the greatest RPGs of the past, with unlimited character development options and freedom to explore the world as you wish. The difficulty of the game does not scale to your character.

Enter the vast and rich world of Eschalon: Book III, for only $17.99 on GOG.com. The 10% off special release discount offer lasts until Friday, February 21, at 10:59AM GMT.
I bought it today. Won't have time to play it for a while, but oh well, some devs deserve it.

F1ach: And....only 1 review .... by someone who hasn't even played the sodding thing >.<
Well, it's not like everyone will have finished it on release day. This isn't a classic release. Give it time.

Also, a price tag of $18 usually doesn't usually find much in the way of success until it's put on sale.

Yes, but my point is that a review like that should not be allowed on the page, as it's not a review :)
Poor game is being overwhelmed by the sales at the moment, on GOG, at least...

At first I was hoping that he was one of the beta testers, it appears that that is not the case.

But, according to a few that I spoke to this one is an improvement over the other two, and I quite enjoyed the Book 2 (finished it over the weekend in anticipation of 3).
Awesome

I assume this game does the "you lost your memories" trick again to explain why you start at level 1...
Fantastic release!
FINALLY!

Almost wet eyes.Must be wind. :)
Whoo hoo! Can't buy it right now but it's on my wishlist.

I happened to start Book 1 again a few days ago.
Will there be a bundle of part I+II+III with a cumulative discount?
Awesome, love the first 2 games so this is a must buy. Have to wait off temporarily though as we have just got a huge vet bill in for my wifes horse (horse is ok now though thankfully)

One thing I am REALLY pleased to see is that this has landed on GOG before Steam!

Yeah. That's not a review.
Scarily, 5 of 42 people found it helpful. :-/

RevGalen: Yeah. That's not a review.
More of a blog post than a review. Using the review system before you have played a game is pretty irresponsible.
Another case of a game missing from its series listing because it isn't part of a discount. http://www.gog.com/game/eschalon_book_i has an 'Eschalon games on GOG.com' box featuring only I and II, since they're discounted when bought together. http://www.gog.com/game/eschalon_book_iii doesn't link to the others at all, except through someone's GOGmix.
