Logitech G9x has been my favorite mouse. Chances are its going to be pretty expensive, but I'm sure there is some cheaper variant that doesn't have some of the random features the G9x has that I've never used (such as the removable grip).

Personally, I've never had a lot of success with Razer mice. It seems that the right mouse button on every Razer and R.A.T. mouse I have gives out after a few months, which probably has something to do with the fact that I smash the right mouse button with more force than the left mouse button.

vanchann: In Greece it still costs over 60 euros! .

Fifeldor: All electronics in Greece cost about +30 or +40% than in the UK. Thieving pricks like Plaisio make things a lot worse.
We're going off topic.

Anyway, I think almost all items are more expensive in Greece and the percentage for some of them is higher than 50%.

Computer programming books in English, for example, have about the double price compared to amazon.co.uk and German books cost a lot more than 50% compared to amazon.de, if you may find them first of course!

So, I mostly buy from the UK and Germany, but that's death for the local market. And it's hard times in Greece to lose customers.
I decided to get the G500 for £35.

Fingers crossed.

It's a good choice.

Huff: The Logitech MX518 is a solid performer and can be had quite cheaply now as it is no longer in production (plenty still on sale though)
Will second this. Been using an MX518 for two years now and it's one of the best gaming mice I've ever used.
Roccat Kone[+]. Nudging the wheel right (and left) is one of the best input solutions I've witnessed on a mouse - you can maintain a firm grip with 3 fingers while letting go of the LMB for the shortest of times.
So much wonderful, beautiful hardware...and all of it for right-handed people. Sigh.

What about the G300?

Razer DeathAdder, currently running on 1800 dpi here. I like my mouse fast and sexy. :)

Psyringe: What about the G300?
Ah, right, thanks for the tip. It'd be nice though if I could get it without all of the frills like the LED lights, but I'll check it out sometime soon.
Razer DeathAdder
or Razer Naga (if you play MMOs or otherwise really need 10 mappable buttons under your thumb).

Also, Merc Stealth Keyboard (now made by SteelSeries).

You're welcome (and you weren't doing anything with that 150 bucks anyway!).
G500 by Logitech. I intend to buy that beast when my rig is done.
