On the other hand, you're now richer with 11 games, which you'll hopefully enjoy ;-).

Their GOG games. Of course I will.
Is Empire Earth 2 worth getting? I've picked up Ground Control 2 and Empire Earth Gold.

I love EE 1, especially the unit customization options. I still play it today. I also like RoN strategy with its world map.
I think I tried EE2 years ago but iirc I didn't care for it because there wasn't any unit customization options and it seemed more rush based to me. But maybe I'm thinking of another game.
My question is will I like EE2 and/or EE3?

It's true that EE2 hasn't got that much unit customization (you can only select two EE1-like Civ bonuses); there, you customize civilizations mainly with what researches they have pre-researched, which "group" they belong to and what unique units they have.
However, I don't feel it's forcing the player to rush anything, and if you like RoN, you might still like EE2 as it has a number of things in common (for example, the area-based map and the research tree). I don't remember any world map-mode, though.
Anyway, I'd say check the demo before buying the game; that way, you may be able to decide for yourself if it's rush-based or not.
I'll buy Empire Earth (1) and Ground Control 2.
What do you think about Republic The Revolution? Worth the price?
Oh, I wish I had 40 bucks to spend. I don't. :(

yes if you don't mind the difficulty spike. it is hard game. and can get quite tedious at times. persoanally i haven't really finish it.
but it is worth the experience. it is quite different from majority of the games.
I like old games, I like sales, I like packs and I loved Evil Genius. About a month ago, it was a pain looking around trying to find my old disks so my kid could play Evil Genius. Remembering that pain, I joined up and purchased the entire sale pack as soon as I saw it.
So, the sale worked one me. Now I'll be checking out GOG off and on to see what's available and I'll be looking here first whenever I can't immediately track down old disks. Speaking of which, last week I was looking for my Marble Drop disk, which you guys don't have yet, so get cracking!
I had to... Empire Earth and Empire Earth 2 now on my shelf. I already had these on CD, they are favorites though, I had to get them again...
Ok, so I bought all missing games (nine). It was really big promo, and I hope next one will be just Heroes of Might & Magic 50% off promo :D
paid my insurance today,so i have to pass this deal :(
Empire Earth 2 Gold Edition
Ground Control + Expansion
Ground Control 2: Operation Exodus SE
Lords of the Realm 3
Republic: The Revolution
added them to my wishlist
None of these games are on the top 10 sellers list. Now, either it was a very unsuccessful promo, or the list is forzen.
I suspect the latter, as Another World and Sanitarium are still the top two.

GOG seem to only update it once a week or so.
