Not in, but a lot of people seem to have missed this last week so thank you for the giveaway!
I'd like to enter - the game looks interesting and I'll definitely give it some special time if I win ;)

The creepy thing that is coming to my mind right now is the lost man footage found in the warren of tunnels beneath Paris:

It creeps me out to think of perishing in this way - lost underground, knowing you will die there with only the batteries on your flashlight to keep you company... until they fail and you are completely alone in the dark...

Lemon_Curry: I'm not in as I already own the game but I would like to share this spooky gothic short with you:
Robert Morgan's 'The Cat with Hands'
That's awesome! Thanks for sharing!
Not in, but thanks for your giveaway indeed!

Wow! What a nice giveaway. I would like to enter - though I have a premonition that I'm not going to win. ;-) (others would call it statistics and likelyhood)

My favourite creepy book(s) are several by H.P. Lovecraft. I like that setting even more in the form of the P&P roleplaying game "Call of Cthulhu" - and the best campaign out of that setting is "Horror on the Orient Express". It is so well written and blends so well into the real places and real history that you actually start to believe the horror your characters experience. Really scary stuff, when the players have an active phantasy.

Love J-Horror. Ju-on is one of my favorites from this genre, together with Ringu (japanese version of The Ring) and Uzumaki.

Tekkaman-James: I'm in. If there's one thing I enjoy, it's creepy horror. "Torture porn" is overrated and will never stick with you the way that truly unsettling horror does. You asked us to post our "favorite creepy movie/book/game/picture/whatever". Allow me to share one of each:

Favorite creepy movie: The Ring. Some people will probably disagree but, at the time this movie came out, I was terrified. The entire concept just worked and freaked me right out.

Favorite creepy book: "The Masque of the Red Death" by Edgar Allen Poe. There are many influential horror writers, but almost none of them would exist if it weren't for Poe. While most of Poe's writings contain creepy and/or grotesque story elements, the plot and events of this story are, to me, the creepiest.

Favorite creepy game: Silent Hill; the first one. While the Resident Evil series brought the horror genre into the mainstream, Silent Hill took that foundation and created one of the most unnerving games I have ever played. Its use of the fog and the crackling radio and the shifting parallel worlds filled with grotesque creatures was masterful.

Favorite creepy picture: This. The video itself it rather long and, while creepy, is just not as creepy to me as the image of the alien itself. Sure, we could argue all day about whether this is real or fake, but that doesn't take away from the unsettling look of that creature.

Favorite creepy song: The jingle used in the commercials for the killer masks that appear in "Halloween 3: The Season of the Witch". While the movie itself is pretty bad and a terrible departure from the rest of the Halloween film franchise, that jingle makes every hair on my body stand on end. I'd provide a link to it, but I can't even bring myself to seek it out.

Favorite creepy event: The Philadelphia Experiment. Again, something that you can argue for years about what's true and what's not. Regardless, the idea of seeing people fused into the walls of that ship gives me major goosebumps.
in for Tekkaman-James. thanks. also, the scariest game i have ever played is fatal frame 2: crimson butterfly!
I'm in, many thanks.

Favorite creepy movie : "Cannibal Holocaust" (torture and massacre of real animals inside !).

Favorite creepy book : "The Shadow over Innsmouth" by Lovecraft which remains a masterpiece in its description of horror turning into madness.

Favorite creepy game: "Condemned Criminal Origins", when you are surrounded by models which move in the supermarket.

Favorite creepy song : "The Thing" Main Theme by John Carpenter, I'm always feel paranoid when I hear it.

My favorite creepy movie is Alien. I haven't re-watched it in a while because the thought of it creeps me out.
