AdiJager: (2) Stelis: not so bad ;-)
(3) dandi8: Awesome
That's five points, where will you drop the last two?
Seems I read all but one story few days ago and then forgot about it. Maybe they really are incompatible. I corrected my error and am ready to vote.

GoJays2025 - 4 points - I like squirrels!
RaggieRags - 2 points - Nice memories.
Titanium - 1 point - Good story. Maybe written best of all but others caught me more.
3 for dandi8
2 for RaggieRags
1 for GoJays2025

EDIT: Oops

I'm afraid you'll have to disregard one of those stories, can't vote for more than 3 entries.
ah i i forgot abaout this topic =) Let be so:

Stelis: 3
Dandi8: 3
Titanium: 1
Thanks for your votes, people.

As of this post, not more votes are accepted.

I'm going to count the votes, draw three voter names out of the giant hat that is random.org (thanks to Titanium, offering one more prize... that's right, I'm not replacing one of my prizes with his, I'm ADDING it to the collection).
Now, the count.

Unfortunately we have only five prizes, which means one of you awesome writers will be left out. I do, however, hope that all of you had fun creating your characters, settings, and stories.

We've had 9 voters who will be eligible for the random drawing, not counting the writers themselves and me. The full count of voters is 14, with a grand total of 97 votes (would have been 98, but TheJadedMieu removed one point rather than redistributing it - it wouldn't have made a difference to the standings so the remaining six votes are still counted). Although I would have wished for higher participation from both more writers and voters, I must admit it's been an interesting contest.

I will report the winning writers in the original thread to bring a little more attention to it, and because I think it fits better there.

Thank you to PhoenixWright, Lou, Azarr, Immoli, tarangwydion, Fujek, Vitek, TheJadedMieu, and AdiJager for your votes. This is the order of the final counted votes (some of you with improper vote counts edited the votes in an existing post, others made a new post, throwing you to a later position), not that position matters to random.org - its whole point being randomness.

For your effort to read and ponder the stories and giving your vote, you're included in the random draw for two $5.99 GOGs, and one GOG at either price point.

The lucky ones are:
PhoenixWright - one $5.99 GOG
Fujek - any one GOG (talk to Titanium about that one)
AdiJager - one $5.99 GOG

Again, writers, please look at the original thread to see who got left out, and what the rest of you get to choose from.

As stated, I'd be happy to forward my prize to the next creative contest if there is one. And thanks to you, Miaghstir, for hosting such an excellent contest. I will be sure not to miss out on entering the next one, if indeed it exists. If it's anything like the comic/writing ones, I'd even provide a prize personally.

I am planning a third contest, though it'll be a while before I run it (don't want to completely saturate the contest scene). I'll give a few details after all prizes are given out for this one.

Awesome. I'm just a fan of anything creative that spawns from these forums. If it has to be in the form of a contest to get people interested, so be it!

However you wish. Just post your chosen game and your email, though the most secure way to do that is over our GOGPM service.
