What are some rare games that you'd like to see on GOG? Try to list games that have around 100 votes or less.

Here is a list of some old games that I hope to see on GOG someday:

Darklight Conflict
Sandwarriors
Shellshock
Take No Prisoners
Diddy Kong Racing, RC Pro-AM, Battletoads...

Wait, you mean as in scarcity, not by Rareware.
You know, we do have a wishlist for this kind of thing :)

There is a wishlist! But some games, such as Darklight Conflict, have very few votes on them and I wanted other people on GOG to see if they wanted these games too!

Yeah, by scarcity. With all the games I had listed in my post, I only played a demo of them. But for years and years I've been searching for full versions of them. Wouldn't it be nice if GOG could find them?

Now that's interesting. I didn't know there was a PC version of Night Trap. I've only heard about the "infamy" of the SegaCD version!

Yep, PC versions existed. They are rare however, as I certainly haven't ever seen a copy of them.

I would seriously buy these day one if they actually came to GOG, lol

Ever heard of Return Fire? It was a really cool top-down tank/helicopter game.

I've been thinking about trying to get the owner of Mindrover: The Europa Project to put the game on GOG, but I'm concerned that GOG might not be interested because it's very much a niche game.

No, I haven't heard of that one. When you said rare, do you mean games that aren't available now, or games you couldn't even find back when they were first released?

One I've always been curious about is "D".

I don't see it on the wishlist anywhere, might not be there, or the search can't find single letter names.

Bad Mojo would be another good one to have.

Well in the case of "rare," I would think it would be from both columns. When I first played Shellshock all of those years ago, I looked absolutely everywhere for that tank game. I could never find a full version. Even today, no one I know has ever heard of the game. It doesn't help that there's a similar game called "Shellshock: Nam '67" which is completely different.

This reminds me of another really old '90s game called "Skrap." The game was only released as shareware and never had a full version. It's a shame, but it was a fun post-apocalyptic tank-like game.
Well, if we're going to campaign for our own hidden gems then please vote for The Legacy: Realm of Terror

Why is this game rare? Because back when it came out, I never saw any press coverage from a magazine such as Computer Gaming World or the like. Hell, I found it by accident in a Radio Shack and it was the Radio Shack Collector's Edition. The Collector's Edition had a little device in there that when you opened up the box, it would make a squeaking sound like opening up a coffin or something. Everything else was the same :)

I remember playing a terrible terrible game called Industrial Killers from a PC gamer demo disc. The game actually claimed to be somekind of Doom superior, but it was terrible, there is practically no informaiton available anywhere on the game with the exception of this youtube video:

Now that game looks really interesting! 'Voted!
