Not an entry, because I posted this already to mrtotatugut's, or whatever his name was, photocontest thread way back but I really like this screenshot personally, so I'm gonna toss it here too since it fits the theme.

RadonGOG: Well, a new Month has started and that´s why here´s a new "Game Photography Contest"...
1. 5.99$ GOG-Game!
2. Chronicles of Riddick-Assault on Dark Athena (GOG-Key, including EscapeFromButchersBay)
3. Binary Domain (sadly a Steam-Key, taken from german magazine Gamestar!)

There´ll be three Winners, 1st one will be free to pick one prize, follow-up can choose one of the remaining and third one get´s the last!
Giveaway will be open till 30th Dezember!
Not in but +1 for another cool graphical giveaway. I might post some screenshots/art if I can find something that is nice enough though.

I've got a suggestion though that might help the contest a bit. If instead of picking 3 winners from entrants at random and letting them pick the game they're interested in, if you make a list of people interested in a specific game then draw a winner for that one game from the list, there will be only one winner for a given game. It'd avoid the little problem where everyone wanted the same game last time hehe. Just an idea though, still a great giveaway!

Looking forward to the cool artwork submissions!

Did I get it right?
You´d like me to draw each prize separatly, but still be stick to one topic?
That would definitivly be an idea...

Oh, and I see the problem we had last time!

Yeah, basically you'd go through the posts seeing who enters for which game(s) and making 3 lists, one for each game. Then draw one winner for each game as if it were 3 1-game giveaways in one.

Watch out @all:
I´ve changed the rules like skeletonbow suggested, so please do all mention if you want to be in for 2nd and 3rd prize too!

I like this pic, and it was an entry for that muratogut-GA that never ended, so I´d accept it as an entry!

Oh, okay then! I guess it can be my entry in that case. I would like to get an extra entry for the Binary Domain prize (if GOG prize enlisting is automated) :) Thanks.

You´ve enlisted ;)
First : This is a wonderful topic, I adore skies in games and in real-life, too, of course. I would go that far and say I'm a real sky fetishist. sometimes I spend hours watching the sky slowly changing its beautiful color nuances and thinking to myself , god is the most talented drawer you could imagine. If you just imagine the sky to be a canvas with uncountable possibilities and a depth uncomparable to anything else...and I highly esteem the effort put into the game graphics, when you look at the sky and you immediately feel engulfed in the setting overwhelmed by a thousand shades of emotions.

Second : I especially would like to put up pictures of the sky in Might and Magic, but at the moment I can't acces them so I will post a picture now and another day I will certainly post more pictures since I urgently want to take this opportunity no matter if I win or not.
Thanks again for this contest! , it's very nice to go through the uploaded pictures, I'm interested in every new picture coming up.

here's my first picture from the very exciting and atmospheric game 'Realms of the Haunting' ; the grove - loved the landscape in that small part of the game :

Nice post and nice pic!
For which of those three prizes do you want to be in?
I'm glad you like it! :) well, I guess I'm in for the 5.99$ GOG-game then.

There are already some impressing pictures in this thread , I especially like the one from Fallout, it looks sinister in a beautiful way and the skeleton in front of the sky makes the scene perfect. But they are all great.
Now I can post a small collection of sky-pictures from Might and Magic cut together.
I like how the clouds are passing by and the different ambiance created by shades from blue to grey or even yellow-like which I unfortunately couldn't capture on a screenshot even though it's my favorite sky formation cause it looks idyllic and at the same time like there could be an upcoming threat every minute.
But nevertheless I'm happy I could add some pictures from Might and Magic since it has it's very own atmosphere although it's a bit pixelated, I know, but when contemplated as a whole it doesn't really matter.
Fortunately december isn't to be over yet and there are still more days for seeing new photos up here^^

Might and Magic 6: http://abload.de/img/mightandmagic6afsyy.png
and...mentioning Fallout...here's a nasty explosion : http://www.xfire.com/screenshots/125651750
and something usual for christmas in a little unusual condition with an almost bright sky even over the hostile Fallout envrionment : http://www.xfire.com/screenshots/119554361

Ohh, since I see the rules changed, then I´ll state it that I´d be happy with any of the three prizes may the chance bestow upon me, since, as a matter of fact haven´t played any of them. : )
