That horn sound.
Jesus Christ.
That's the kind of sound a car would make if it could feel rage.
Just...Goddamn.
Looks like something that was made in the 90s, which is surprisingly ahead of its time for the country in question.

The website is not working.

I really want to work hard and get the top score, have you just passed your test!
I lowered my volume to below 25% of what it usually is, and that horn still hurt my ears.
That looks really impressive, nice work North Korea! I can't wait for the goty edition XD
Well, at least it looks better than Big Rigs...
wooooh, not only did Kim Jong-Un make this game, but he invented videogaming in doing so, but even more than that, he did it all while riding his pet Unicorn!
I was under the impression they have a new game out called Red Dawn.
Better programmer: random Japanese guy in his basement ten years ago, or communist regime of North Korea?
Isn't North Korea used for cheap programmers that do app programming? I've read something about this. So I think there probably are "good" (considering the resources) programmers there.

Interesting, I guess we'll never know why the government was so incompetent as to pull this stunt.

I mean, this is basically the only propaganda piece that you have going. You figure they would be a little smarter about it.

The lack of moving cars on the street is probably the funniest thing to me. Well, besides the SNES graphics.

*BERP BHAAAARUUNGGH!*
Am I the only one who wants to play some Ridge Racer after watching that video?

Those Blocky 90's polygon graphics really make me want to pop in my PS1 disk into my system again....

Apparently (I read from somewhere) they are huge on animation. Apparently South Korea is big on animation too and they outsource a lot of the work to North Korea. Apparently even the Lion King animations were done in North Korea.
