Freaking awesome as usual. Saddest thing is that you could probably turn it into a small business around this time of year, people send you stuff they want carved and you charge them a fee based on the difficulty.
How about a Portal one? You might have to bore a hole though the entire fruit and play around with blue dye though

Unfortunately using any kind of dye will only make the area look darker instead of colored. It's a pity since it would have looked nice for the next one.
