Does anyone else have a problem with Downloading this Game? I am able to download the update and extras fine but not the game. I have tried both the downloader and different browsers and the same issue - times out.
No posts in this topic were marked as the solution yet. If you can help, add your reply

When you say "times out", you mean the download never starts?

I don' have that game and never found an issue like that. I hope somebody can help you. If not, contact support. Surely they will.

Hours later of the issue, can you check again if you can download the game? Maybe it was a temporary problem in GOG's server.

If the problem continues, then the problem must be in the connection between GOG's server and your end. Maybe a firewall or another security software?

To somebody else with the game: can you check if the game is downloadble?

I have checked my settings and everything is good because I download other content from GOG fine. I have been trying for over 24 hours to download it.

I accidently clicked on the update link not the game itself and spoke to soon.

Is it possible that your firewall software is blocking api.gog.com for some reason? That's where you're getting the timeouts, according to your log file.

Sounds unlikely if he can download other games, as well as the extras for that game, without issue.

Also, what exactly happens when you try to start the download via browser? Does nothing happen, do you get some kind of error, like a gateway timeout, etc?

What I get time out is like when I go to website that is down or does not exist.
