I already own boxed copies of half the games. When I uncheck those everything loses the 80% off.

That's not really a problem with the deal. That's just the way it is. You either buy it here again for the convenience and the extras or you lose the discount. Your choice.

I've probably bought some of those games three times now. But thankfully because of GOG that will be the last time. My original Baldur's Gate 1 or 2 disc got damaged, so I purchased it again years later with the complete pack retail version that included both 1 & 2 and all the expansions. So, years later I wanted to reinstall, but did not want to go through the hassle of installing the 6 CDs and finding out disc 6 is bad.

So, I searched online for BG and found GOG. 200 games later, I'm here to stay, and will continue to purchase things I have on CD to get them off of that dying and fragile media format.

I second what Navagon said. It's really a good deal 80% of the D&D games, I don't think you'll ever see it lower than that. Even if you have the some physical copies it honestly really is worth it in the long run of having the major convenience of the digital format.

So yeah I'd say grab the digital copies, you will be thankful later. I can relate because I have alot of these games in physical format and GoG is just so much easier with it being their in your library, compatible with current pcs and downloading the game whenever you want. You wouldn't have to anymore look for box, install disks, check patching, probably troubleshooting and all that from old physical media =P

A lot cheaper than the $95 I spent on BG2 ($65) & Throne of Bhaal ($30) when they originally came out.
