Aside from POC and SOE, did they make any other games (not counting the Online one, I'm not really big into online stuff)?

I unfortunately got into POC a while after the multiplayer seemed to be nonexistent.

I assume by POC you mean Prince of Qin. If instead you mean the Overlord of Conquerors "expansion", that is Prince of Qin Online/World of Qin/Tianjiao.

As far as other games go after PoQ, yes, but unfortunately none of them were singleplayer. They shifted to focus on online-only games after the release of PoQ in China (July 2002). WoQ 1 was first released within 2002. Seal of Evil (January 2004 in China) was somewhat onerous, and I would say was a sort of experiment for some of the changes they would later make in WoQ 2.

Liu Jiang, the product manager for PoQ, WoQ, and SoE, said in an interview that online games offered a much better business model than singleplayer games for them, which is saddening but undoubtedly true.

The only other non-online games they've made are RTSes. See here. Dragon Throne and Fate of the Dragon were decent, but I don't remember too much about them. I know they both do not operate on Windows 7.

So that's why I never seemed to be able to find the expansion.

I enjoyed SOE, though a lot of the mechanics were confusing and the difficulty was crazy for some reason.

I can get the push for online development, my little understanding of China has a picture of a lot of internet cafes, perfect for playing in a group.
Well shoot I cannot find it in my game pile. i had it but seems to be missing now. I hope Gog picks this up soon i would buy it in a heart beat.
Well talk about picking a bone LOL.

I found my PoQ game today after many years in storage. I installed it, had problems then installed DX 9 and ran it with win XP compatibility and it seems to be doing fine so far. Haven't got to far into the game yet but the opening scenes etc are working good before they wouldn't even open.
