No real prides but I do have one shame.
Selling my old N64. i still kick myself for that to this day. I so miss playing BK, BT, LoZ:OoT, and Lylat Wars :(

Getting my instal disc 1 of Freespace 2 too scratched to install on my new rig.
Using an online helpguidething for that very last puzzle in Monkey Island 2; I just couldn't work my little 7 year old brain around it like the other ones. I felt like I was such a heel.
Losing my Fallout 2 CD.
Losing my Diablo 2 CD-key.

I've bought Neverwinter Nights 4 times. (Original, Gold, Diamond, Diamond again because my father in law fell in love with it and I didn't have the heart to ask for it back.)
I can't find the CDkey for Company of Heroes, something I bought last year.
EDIT!: StarFlight for the Sega Genesis. With the wonderful manual (100+ pages, including in universe fiction). I'd pay good money to have this again.
