Taleroth: They had me at playing cards. I'm addicted to playing cards.
Me too....I find they have a nasty habit of parting me from my money often though.

tejozaszaszas: This is an incoherence.
And I knew that story from the Kraken fleet, but in the old W40K editions they said that the Squat lived all over the center of the galaxy. Too much space for a massive extermination.. The only reason why Game Workshop decided to quit them was only this: They didn't sell enough.
In old White Dwarf magazines I read that the Squat were human colonizers who evolved to short humanoids because of the weak radiation of the stars from the center of the galaxy (!!!!!!!!!!!!!). They were not exactly xenos.
It's what we call in fiction a retcon. Yeah the Squats didn't sell and they were actually worse than the Imperial Guard given their lack of troop choice and movement they just wiped them out so they didn't have to worry about them. Andy Chambers also wanted to remove them so 40K could stand on it's own not just as Warhammer in space. A Tau ally called the Demiurg are very, very similar to the Squats. While the Squats were not xenos exactly they would not be tolerated by the Inquisition now as they refused to worship the Emperor, they worshipped their own Ancestors. Ratlings and Ogryns are indoctrinated into the imperial cult.

There are quite a few sources. I've read they developed by living on planets with high gravity.

Implying you play for money? I can't play for money, it would only make people angry.

I meant buying the cards.....they make so many good ones. Plus getting all the shiny ones is hard as fuk.

Ahh. It was really hard passing up the Witcher 2 CE. But that stupid bust raised the price beyond what I would tolerate.

Voice your opinions in your own thread. Yes I contacted support. I said as much when I said "THQ support said it was because cookies were disabled". I also explained clearly what I meant by "Sacrificed". You really do need to learn how to read.
I'll probably pre-order Steam. I've already played Darksiders on the PS3, but I loved it. Apparently the CE doesn't include playing cards, which is what would have caused me to get it.

1. This is a Warhammer thread, so it was ontopic.

2. If I make one thread every time I want to talk about a subject, people will complain i'm spamming.

It's a thread about the preorder bonuses for the Space Marine game, not a "General" Warhammer 40K (I assume you mean 40K, since Warhammer is something else entirely) thread. People complain about you because you're a self-absorbed jerk whose got his head so far up his ass trying to justify his every action with lame itemization. Stop the itemization, it makes you look like a douchebag twelve year old with a chip on his shoulder and "something to prove".
I'm pumped for this game! I'm holding off pre-ordering right now, because there's a chance I might get shipped off to boot camp next month instead of in November. I even started paiting my Ultramarine army again yesterday after a 7th month break! I think I may end up pre-ordering through steam, so I can gift the copy of Darksiders to a friend of mine who wants it.

Is anyone interested in a topic just about 40K? I'll gladly make one so all of us Warhammer nerds can discuss things.

I do it because I have OCD.....and don't tell me like the others to just stop my OCD. I'd like to see them tell a cripple to stop being handicapped. And yes I know it's different because paralysis is physical and mine is mental, but it's not as easy as everyone here seems to think.

Also people really need to stop assuming things about me....you know what they say about assuming.

Oh just stop being rude. It is a serious issue for me, and not everyone can control it as easily. I've tried in the past btw, and even with all the improvements i've made since coming back people like you/popinjay/etc still complain about every little mistake I make....or call every attempt by me to take up the unpopular opinion as trolling.

Also, if anyone wants to come rewire my brain or whatever to fix me then I welcome it....until then please just cut me some slack & appreciate the improvements.

I'm sure they'll be usable in multiplayer. They said the multi will be 8 vs 8. I was under the assumption that they would be reskins for the single player as well. It makes sense as a selling point, not many 40K fans like the Ultramarines.

Do any 40K fans like the Smurfs? After reading a few codex's of course. Dark Angels all the way baby.
