Bob in his greatness are going to show you all the path to truth.
There has been given some hints that truth is hidden behind, and not look at what is in front of you, even ignoring it. So step 1 is to ignore the picture... the picture is completely random "nothingness" staring you in the face.
So, then what? With all the references to "down", I hoped that it should be possible to figure out that Step 2 is to download the file.
The Truth is in fact hidden in the file, there is a text compressed in it with the key :)
Step 3 is therefore to extract the text file. There are a couple of ways if finding it, the easiest is to do exactly what Bob tells Rich, the bastard, "Just Zip it". In other words, if you rename the file to .zip instead of .jpg you can open it like a normal achieve, extract the text file and read it.
Lugum solved it this way, Stooner solved it by examining the file in a text editor and saw the hidden file there. Both gets bonus point from Bob for thinking outside the box.
There is still one copy of Fallout hidden inside there, and I will leave the picture up in Dropbox if anyone wants to follow the path to truth and collect it. If not, then it will most likely be given away in a normal giveaway at some other point.
Praise be to Bob!

I thought you were just trying to append a text file (Hidden.txt) to the image, rather than a zip file containing Hidden.txt. I was looking for some kind of hidden code among the jibberish at the end of the file =|

I did the same with a hex editor, saw hidden.txt, and started messing with numbers in that chunk. Then I remembered, "This isn't the way Bob does business," and googled "how to hide a secret message in a jpeg". Then I opened the file with 7zip.
edit: I also thought about dolphins.

Do not worry, Bob will surely smite them when he wakes up. You are special to him as the one who solved it first. Rest assured that Ultimate Truth (with bold T) is yours alone.
it always helps thinking about Dolphins :)
I wanted to do something different this time, not something based on ciphers and codes... but what to do next time.... hmm....
And - Praise be to Bob!

“Ungrateful bastards, I will smite the lot of you, see if I don’t. Anyway, the first part to wisdom is to understand that nothing is binary, everything is in shades of grey”

Oh great and omniscient Bob! Your wisdom led me to enlightenment too, but since silence is its own reward, I did restrain my urge for all things Shiny and instead left it to entice others on the path. Rich, the bastard, did try hard to tempt me, speaking honeyed words like "Grab 'em! You get to screw around with chickens and beat people up with a lead pipe!" yet I resisted and now I am content. Praise Bob!
But, oh wise and limey Bob, how was this feat of concealed wisdom achieved? How were true words and meaning hidden behind the moolah? This question will not let me sleep, unanswered!
