I'm actually proud I finally got the game working as I wanted. I have gotten rid of level scalling, my character needs to eat, drink and sleep, I got myself a companion Vilja (who was quite appreciated by none less than great Terry Pratchett himself. Yes, Terry Pratchett plays Oblivion, or at least used to,) mod for unique landscapes which adds stunning scenery, and, just so it's not that simple, I got damn sunrays working exactly the way I wanted (not INYOURFACE like in most games, they're subtle. Another
screen of what I mean.)
So yeah, Oblivion was pretty good when it was released, and it's bloody brilliant now.
edit: Oh right, and that mad thing that lets you look out of the windows from interior and see surrounding architecture. That's amazing.
iainmet: A few shots of Call of Pripyat in maximum detail settings and 1920x1080 resolution. This is also with the Call of Pripyat Complete Mod
kavazovangel: Screenshots don't do justice to how much the game is beautiful (in a dark, dead way).
Yep, screenshots of STALKER actually never, ever catch how beautiful that game can be. You just have to see it.
