I'm in a bumhole when it comes to emergency shelters, the closest one to my home collapsed when a guy who bought property on the site of the entrance [edit] started constructing a house there [/edit]. Nowdays, there's his garage on top of it. So, in case of a nuclear assault on my district [yea, Hawkwind's playing in the background] i need my minecraft pickaxe skills. ;D

You misunderstand the scriptures. He said He wouldn't wipe everyone out with one tremendous flood, again. Since Noah (peace be upon him), many nations have been wiped out by God. I think the idea is that humanity is supposed to learn a lesson from that, but the only lesson we seem to have learned is how to turn their remnants into tourist attractions.

Well this was the worse rapture ever. A guy at work looked at me and yelled "this orgy is getting off to a slow start". I just kind of froze there and forgot I had a 420 Fahrenheit pan in my hands. -_-

Well, it's :45 past midnight, and nothing's happened. My internet went out a couple times, but that's nothing new (I finally figured out it was a conflict between the software in my modem and acceleration software in my browser), and since my satellite-based TV didn't go out at the same time, I figured it wasn't a world-ending meteor or comet that knocked out all orbiting communication devices.


I refer you all back to my previous thread about the atheists who are currently running a "We Will Take Care of Your Post-Rapture Abandoned Pets" insurance 'service', and their customers who probably won't cash in on the "There Wasn't a Rapture" clause because they killed themselves due to a severe depression brought on by doubt in their deity of choice, and also the fact that they probably spent every last cent they had and burned a lot of bridges behind them.

Too bad it's in Poznan :P I wouldn't want to deal with mutated Wiara Lecha hooligans :D and the bat guano inside since it is a winter resting place for bats. Still, it's much better than trying to survive in Warsaw which would be nuked because it's a capitol city.
