Personally I'm ok with incestuous marriage and don't see any reason why brother/sister cousins etc couldn't marry. The genetic argument is pretty weak this day and age.

I think I would have to philosophically make a distinction between parents and children though, because that parent has an obligation to raise their child, and the child could be unfairly influenced - the same as statutory rape or ethics between students/teachers etc.

Parent/Child absolutely not. Do I even need to explain? Siblings and such are trickier because of all the possible problems that we wouldn't know about because they are ostricized. It seemed to work for Rome but so did ALOT.

I would put the limit for incest among siblings at 18 so that parents couldn't try to encourage or groom them. Otherwise CPS would have to take a look at the parents. I am all for live and let live but you have to make sure no one is hurt or exploited.
Unless its a rapey relationship.

Incest always carries the possibility of abuse or exploitation, even between adults. That concerns me more than anything else. I believe it is highly unlikely that anyone could have a psychologically healthy incestuous relationship, because it goes against parent-child and sibling imprintings, but there is very little in human relationships that is impossible.

States have long outlawed incest and consanguinity on public health grounds and will probably continue to do so. The lack of clamor to relax these laws is an indication that there is little interest in recognizing such relationships, and this is very different from the situation with same-sex relationships.

Also, your objections fails horribly when the relatives did not know each other before they turned 18.

1. Every relationship carries the same risks. And all incestuous couplings that have mental issues is more due to sciety causing them with shunning/etc than anything else.
