About 2 years ago I donated almost all of my Physical games to someone who appreciates them a lot more than I. Also all my Games consoles and their games prior to last gen. So, pretty much 30 years of gaming. Never regretted it.
However, there were a few things I just had to keep.
like, for example,
Baulder's Gate + Tales of the Sword Coast in the original twin pack. Still Factory Sealed.
I also have Resident Evil on both PSOne and PC "collectors Edition" that came packaged with a VHS copy of the original movie. Both Still factory Sealed, but the seals are pretty perished over the years.
ANother one I have is a Factory Sealed original copy of Blade Runner.
Sorry but I don't have pics of thse at this time.
Possibly most "valuable" (last time I checked, anyway) is the two copies of
ICO Collector's Edition I still have. These are most likely worthless now the games have had a reportedly fantastic HD treatment for PS3. Back in the day those were worth a mint. I was incredibly fortunate to bag 6 of them in a warehouse clearance for far less than they were going for at the time. I even managed to swap one for a PS2 Limited Edition Platinum Console. The box for the console was opened, but the conent had never been removed, and are all still sealed. It is still in that condition today. I also managed to swap another copy for a Limited Edition HALO XBOX, but I opened that. It is now my main XBOX console hooked up to my TV.
For the curious,
THIS and
THIS are what the content of the ICO Collector's Edition looks like. That is the copy I opened for myself. The disk has never been used as I had already bought and played the standard version of the game previously.
