Some of them allready on GoG, some may come to GoG, some may never appear here
(like Berania, a german gem of an rpg made in the dying age of home computers).

Like others I have rebought games here that I allready own. In most cases it was due to non working copy protection (It's great when a game would run flawless on your system if there wouldn't be the incompatible copy protection!), extras, convenience (no disk swapping, no fiddling around with the system to get a game to work...).
I want to lay myself all over that collection

They're €19 "Kilby" shelves from Ikea. Cheap, cheerful and perfect for games and DVD collections.

Have you ever thought of adding plastic viewing panes to the shelves? I did think of buying a shelf like this, but I'm worried that when the kids come over to visit... you know how kids are ;_;

Almost all of my old boxed games were accidentally sold at a garage sale, except a few like Max Payne, Konami Collector's Series: Castlevania & Contra, and System Shock 2. But these arrived today in the mail courtesy of CD Access. And I only just learned that Jean Giraud "Mœbius", who happened to do the cover art for Fade to Black died back in March of this year. :(

That's one of my favorite collections. I ended up getting rid of my MM2 for C64 boxes and maps and all when I got rid of the C64. I sort of wish I held on to them just to say "Ahhhhhhh."

But I'm a pragmatist, so I throw away everything but the disc to save space.

I found a cool store in San Luis Obispo, CA that had a bunch of good stuff: Might & Magic Platinum, Broken Sword, Neverwinter Nights, Freelancer, Wing Commander, Ultima Online, and more. What I walked away with, however, was a big box copy of my second favorite game: Arcanum! :D The box is a bit dog-eared (but not heavily damaged or anything), but all the stuff on the inside is in pretty much perfect condition.

Sold all my boxed games last year. Haven't regretted it yet, I really think collecting is linked to depression. No one attack me for saying that, please.

Very slowly trying to find big boxes. Alpha Centauri was a good find; charity shop for £2.50, has the tech tree poster inside! Monkey Island 2 was actually slightly disappointing because it's a European re-release and the disks don't work but hey. Boxes are boxes.
