It's really best not to say, because we'll improve their search results if we talk about it, and obviously they don't deserve it.

Their first offer was a great one.

Their later offers not so much. One of them inflated the prices to ridiculous levels... that's all I'm going to say. But I did tell the PM-ee that I had thought their service was decent until I got that PM. I received no reply, so let's hope he got banned.
