That would qualify, as it's not pixelated retro in style and I think it was bundled recently. When I look at the screenshots they don't scream "This is it!", but it might have been ... I'm not convinced, but then again I'm not convinced I actually know what I'm looking for.

Regarding the GOG search, perhaps I was wrong about reading the comment here. Could have been on IndieGames The Weblog, Steam reviews or (less likely) a bundle chat, too. So really not that much to go on now. Maybe I should just leave it at that, having stolen enough of everyone's time here already. I guess if it exists and it's really all that great, I will stumble upon it again sooner or later. And in the meantime, I'll play some Floor is Jelly. ;)
