My impression of your post is just that it sounds a bit like the end of the world is coming ;-) But maybe just my opinion.
I also think that they will find a solution, after all this is (just like so often) only because of money. So youtube and GEMA will go through all courts and in the end there will be a compromise were youtube pays some money and GEMA is happy and we can continue watching videos^^ (although I personally would not even want to watch the videos from this 7 people all this mess is about)

So you want even MORE censorship in a country that's already pretty heavy with the censorhip as far EU countries go? Otay....

No, I consider that what happened before to be the time culture was dead in Germany. And the GEMA played a big role in it.

Yes but I Believe internet usage and most sites to use should be left to the people. Not the Government or Corporations.

Agreed....but the corporations already are blocking videos on youtube in Germany already.

SImply install ProxTube for Firefox or similar add on for firefox, and you won't see that gema stuff ever again.
