Just for clarification...if you win, you have to play the game you won for 2 hours in 1 week?

And what happens if someone wins but doesn't play?

they get reported and shown here on the forum ( a bit like the internet version of pillory) as bad giftees and would probably suffer minus rep and banned from future giveaways by many members

I didn't have a clue what "Gwan den boi!" was, sorry :) But even if you entered as 10th entrant, the winner would still be 8th, so nothing would change.
