Darling_Jimmy: Perhaps it's a cat named Puppy.
avatar
michaelleung: No, I clearly referred to a puppy as a noun. If I wanted a cat named Puppy, I would have capitalised the "P" to make that clear. I'm extremely offended and I demand an apology with your highly disgusting and inappropriate image of a CAT. I do not pay my ISP to look at images of cats!
If it makes you feel any better, I could probably find a cat to eat. Although that could be somewhat tough up here in the north.

If you are actually in China, then I know just how easy it is to find cats to eat. Or bear paws. Or dogs. Or even unicorns. (But that might have been a rebranded chicken)
huhu ;)

They're a lot easier to find down south. The town I was staying in initially had piles of kittens in the market. They aren't as commonly eaten up here in the north. I'm actually seeing them as pets here.

I've never seen pet cats in China. I know they definitely do exist (my parents had them when they were kids) but I personally have never seen them. Only massive pet dogs.

Gross and barbaric.

One of the local shops has a pet cat tethered out front. Food dish, litter box and place to get in out of the weather. Seems to be fairly well taken care of.
