Back in the day I had a game called Outpost, published by Sierra in 1994. I loved this game to death and I would like to see it come to GOG, if possible. This is one of those games I never beat - all my colonists died every time, but it was so addicting I just couldn't stop playing. Of course I can't play it anymore - the game's executable files were on a CD, but the installer ran off of a 3.5" floppy disc. If you lost the floppy (like I did) you could never install the game again, even then it probably wouldn't run in a modern OS.

Please bring it to GOG! I would buy it in a second!

It has got many votes already.
My brother owned Outpost. I remember that there was either immense problems with the game, or the publisher had promised additional content that never materialized. I think they dropped all attempts to repair or finish the game, and offered him another game from their catalog instead.

I could be completely confused, though.

When it was released in 1994 it was never actually finished. Sierra rushed it out to market because they ran out of money. It was still fun to play, though.

There was a sequel, Outpost 2 - but I'm not really interested in that one. Outpost 1 is a turn-based colony building game where you focus on trying to build a viable colony in a harsh environment. Outpost 2 is a real time strategy where you build tanks to fight aliens. Same name, two completely different games.

Ahh, thanks for clearing that up for me.
