It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

I did within the client, since I already have an origin account.

I just picked the game I wanted, added it to my cart, and at checkout, there is a spot to enter the code.
I'm from Italy and it doesn't work for us :(
I'm told this is still working but only for US/Canada I believe. It's a good deal and you can choose to get a game like Mass Effect 2, Dragon Age 1/2 or Dead Space 1/2 completely free.

New Users can use the code and the code is universal so all you have to do is enter it in the promo code box before checkout.

From the title CymTyr I thought you were suggesting they might pick up a book. I was about to dispute this, but I see now it was an instruction.
Probably, as always, it's limited to US (and Canada?) only.

I love you in a platonic way.

Don't bother, heh. >_>

I have no idea why or how I managed to get the US store to load for me, all I know is that it works. And only in Firefox.

I also have a US mailing address, that might've helped.
Since it looks like there are a number of Origin users here, I have a question:

Anyone else having problem with the client in that it constantly seems to disconnect? I don't care too much as I usually play with the client offline anyway, but if I leave it running on-line in the background while doing other things, I will inevitably get a pop-up telling me Origin is disconnected. Anyone else experience this?

I never have that issue with Origin, however Steam will kick me from the friends server at least 5 times a day in an 8-10 hour period.
Are these purchases going to hold up? I would imagine EA will reverse any transactions with more than one game, and check IP addresses as well.
Anyone 'worried' that Origin is pulling an Onlive? This just seems almost like the situation, their giving out free games at a totally random point in time.
I'm curious to see how EA will react to all the free games being sent out. :)
