Hey guys, I tried to order something through the store, and the page has been stuck in a constant loading loop. What should I do? I sent a message to support, but I'm a little impatient and nervous about touching anything. It's been like this for over 15 minutes now.

edit: I used my debit card and I have only 24hour one-time exception made to do this order.

Were you charged infinite number of times? :P

If you weren't charged, you should be worried, if you were charged and game haven't appeared on your shelf - contact support.
Try with another browser.
I'm not sure if I was, and the bank is closed by now and will be closed tomorrow as well. I don't think I would be charged a second time since the bank would have stopped it. I guess I could try and see if rejects or goes through. Anyone else have any ideas?

Different browser, and check your bank statements after to make sure there isn't an extra charge.
So I stopped by the bank's atm and took a look at my account and I appear to have been double charged after all ><

No way in hell I'm doing another transaction. Ugh, and I'm going to have to wait until Friday to get a list of transactions on my account to see what went on specifically.

But I know I've definitely been double charged somehow since I made a withdraw earlier and haven't used my debit card again until this order. I have the record from earlier and from when I checked a few minutes ago.

Ticket: SLOZT406
I'd like the extra $10.00 back and the games I ordered.

Don't worry, GOG will give you your money back, it will probably take some time, though.

Don't you have net banking in the US?

Sorry about the trouble. I just processed your order manually, but there doesn't seem to be any double charge. As I mentioned in my reply to your support ticket, please contact your bank's customer service about this. The $10 is most likely blocked on your account, and will get released within a few business days.
Yup, this probably can be a case. I had that issue with one bank. When a store refused payment, my bank blocked the amount anyway, so I had one transaction and 5 times more blockade for a week.

Yes, I changed the bank later.

thank you for that.

The thing is when I checked my record from my last transaction and this one there was a $20 difference. I'll check with them tomorrow to see what happened, banks closed today.

Wishbone: Don't you have net banking in the US?
We do, mine was just disabled because I didn't check it often enough. I'm going to be reactivating it soon.

Huh, I'm glad my bank doesn't do that.
